Regular data sources<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is collected via a contact request form sent from the website or by some other means directly from the data subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Regular disclosure of data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The data may be disclosed and transferred to the units of Sowellus Oy or its subcontractors according to the Personal Data Act and to authorities in statutory cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Principles of data protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical\ndata protection has been utilised in the realisation of the website to ensure\nthat the entered data remains unchanged and available only for the authorised\npeople. Only the authorised Sowellus Oy employees have the credentials to\naccess the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\na piece of personal data is in manual form, the data is kept in a locked space\nand only authorised people can access it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nindividuals processing the data are covered by the statutory obligation of\nprofessional secrecy and\/or have signed the related pledge of secrecy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Data protection and security<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sowellus Oy and its service providers take care of the storage and protection of the data to the best of their abilities with generally used methods. Any data not in electronic format is stored in a secured space and only authorised people can access it. The data is destroyed immediately when no longer needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cookie policy<\/strong><br> This site uses cookies to improve the website and user experience.
